Barbara Caldicott - Trustee

Barbara is one of the reasons why our organisation exists, coming full circle within the charity. Initially Barbara came to us for support for her childhood trauma, then was asked if she would like to come together with other survivors. This led to Barbara participating in the setup of a mutual support group. She now continues this alongside being one of our  trustees with lived experience.

Barbara is a trusted valued member of our team and we always enjoy it when she drops into see us!

Christopher Walker - Project Coordinator

Rab has been working therapeutically for over 34 years. He qualified in counselling in the early nineties by completing a PGC in Counselling followed by a Diploma. In 2017 he completed a Certificate in Eco-Therapy. Rab aligns himself with the Person-Centred theoretical model. A way of engaging therapeutically which (he believes) understands the individuals’ need for a supportive, non judgemental, less intrusive, compassionate environment within which to explore and better understand themselves. This very humanistic way of engaging therapeutically, works well with the nature based working context of ecotherapy.
