EMDR and mindfulness therapy are not standalone services; they are integral to our offerings. Referrals are made by your Recovery Practitioner when funds permit. However, we occasionally provide guided mindfulness meditation to all clients through a group course, which will be advertised. This approach allows everyone to experience the mindfulness benefits in a supportive environment.
